How long does it take to process my order?
The order takes a minimum of 2 business days and a maximum of 4, it is processed, transferred to the production area, then sent to the packaging area and finally the guide is made and the collection is scheduled.
What packages do you handle and how long does it take to arrive?
We handle it according to the demand of the parcels in the destinations.
NOTE. The delivery time is estimated and we must adjust to the times of the chosen parcel.
1st option and the fastest: FeDex overnight (1 to 2 business days) .
2nd option: UPS (2 to 4 business days).
3rd option: DHL (3 to 5 business days)

What about the extras they send?
The spare parts of rubbers are sent in case there is a defect or if they break due to a factory defect. Normally a couple of gift sets of new models that we want you to know and try are sent additional to the order.
Are there refunds?
Usually everyone loves non-refundable tires but we can review the situation and see if we can issue a refund.
